Rainwater Systems

Rainwater Systems benefits
- Easily direct rainwater where wanted
- Keep rainwater away from areas such as doorways
- Improve appearance of buildings
Rainwater systems are designed to direct the rainwater running from the roof into an acceptable location that will not damage the building or cause a nuisance. Rainwater should be collected from the roof of a building using guttering lengths and transported along and down the building using downpipes.
PVC-U rainwater systems are easy to install and easy to maintain. We supply all the materials you need to fix the guttering and downpipes to a building and install your own rainwater system. The clean look of a new PVC-U rainwater system can greatly improve the appearance of a building.
Many modern buildings have rainwater systems in place, however some are designed better than others. If a rainwater system is not thought out, it can lead to overflowing gutters and unwanted water delivery. Some rainwater systems may direct water to inappropriate places, such as a driveway that could freeze into ice if cold enough or onto the side of the building itself causing mould and damp.
If this is the case you may need to replace your current rainwater system with a better solution. Our systems are available in black and white colours, either half round or square in shape. This modern PVC-U rainwater solution will improve rainwater flow of buildings such as houses, conservatories, extensions and commercial buildings.
Please Note:
Bay Plastics are a materials supplier. We do not install rainwater systems or advise on installation!
