|Polyester PETG Sheets|
|Clear (Transparent), Opal, Frost|
Polyester PETG is a clear transparent sheet made from thermoplastic copolyester. It is one of the most respected and trusted plastic sheets around. It offers extreme clarity and light transmission in combination with high gloss.
Polyester PETG sheets have very good impact resistance, even at low temperatures, and are approved for food contact applications. Polyester PETG sheet has outstanding thermoforming properties, combining low energy consumption, short production cycles, extreme draw ratios and good mould reproduction without the need for pre-drying.
Polyester PETG is easy to screen print, and offers ease of fabrication.
PETG sheets are easy to print, making it ideal for advertising and signage
industry. PETG is a versatile material and can be used for a number of
different applications including glazing, sign making, displays, protective
screens thanks to its impact resistance e.g. motorcycle screens. The UV
grades of PETG are UV resistant for outdoor applications against weathering
PETG can also be fabricated using a number of techniques such as vacuum forming, hot and cold line bending, drilling and milling. PETG sheet is available cut to size.
|PETG Sheet||Sheet Thickness|

Superior Chemical & High Impact Resistance
PETG Copolyester sheet is tough and has superior chemical resistance, yet machines and thermoform easy. It can be cut with a laser or with a conventional table, band, or radial arm saws with blades commonly used for plastics - without leaving sharp edges and with minimal wear on equipment.
PETG Copolyester sheet maintains exceptional clarity during fabrication, heating and vacuum forming without whitening. Surface scratches and scuff marks can be removed using a common heat gun.
PETG Copolyester sheet can be cut, routed, welded, drilled, die-punched, bent cold or hot, and joined by screws, rivets, or bolts. It can be edge-polished, using sanding, solvents, flame polishing, or commercial edge finishing equipment. It also provides excellent material distribution and part definition during thermoforming - without pre-drying sheets. The sheet forms clear, strong bonds with commercially available cements and solvents, and accepts screen printing, painting, and hot stamping - even registration printing.
PETG Copolyester sheet causes less breakage overall - in shop, in transportation, in installation, and in use. Once in use, finished products enjoy a long life reducing replacement costs. And no special fabrication equipment is required.
Not only does the sheet possess noise reducing properties, but its UV stability comes with a 10 year warranty. It has been given all food approvals (FDA, BGA). Not only does it save time and energy, reducing costs, but allows you to work it hot or cold - it works how and when you need it to work.
PETG sheet is tough, clear, versatile, easy to work with, chemical resistant, and affordable - making it well suited for a variety of demanding sheet and glazing applications ranging from store displays to signage.
