Oil Filled Nylon : Oilon
Oil filled nylon (Oilon) rod has been especially developed for unlubricated, highly loaded and slowly moving parts applications, and yields a considerable enlargement of the application possibilities of nylons.
The nylon has been blended with a none drying out lubricant which increase sliding benefits and can also increase the life of bearings by 5 times in the heavy loaded applications.

Nylube (PA 6C + blended solid & liquid lubricant) red
This supreme wear resistant grade of oil filled nylon contains a combined liquid/solid lubricant system, which allows for a coefficient of friction as low as 0.08. The material has outstanding Pressure-Velocity capabilities and is particularly suited to dry running bearing applications throughout a wide load speed range.

Ertalon LFX (PA 6 + oil) green
This internally lubricated cast oil filled nylon 6 is self-lubricating in the real meaning of the word. Ertalon LFX, especially developed for unlubricated, highly loaded and slowly moving parts applications, yields a considerable enlargement of the application possibilities of nylons. This because of its reduced coefficient of friction (up to -50%) and improved wear resistance (up to x 10).
