Nylaflow® Flexible Hoses
Nylaflow
hoses are composite structures comprising a thermoplastic
inner tube, synthetic or steel braiding and a thermoplastic
outer cover. For conductivity a copper conductor is
sealed between the inner tube and braiding. Nylaflow
Flexible Pressure Hoses thrive in the most demanding
work conditions. The design and specification of a hose
depends on the end-use. This can be, for example, in
hydraulic power air-conditioning, paint spraying, pressure
cleaning, or transporting gases, chemicals and solvents.
The
properties required are extremely varied, including
performance over a wide temperature range, flex fatigue
resistance, resistance to chemicals, ozone, UV radiation
and abrasion resistance. Many types of hose have to
conform to national and international standards. All
these exacting conditions are fully met by Nylaflow
hoses and fittings. New constructions for new market
needs are constantly being developed.
