Cast Acrylic Sheet (Perspex
GS)
Perspex
cast acrylic sheet is made between sheets of high quality
glass and produced in batches. It has a very high molecular
weight making it strong, resilient and easy to handle
and fabricate. The cast method of manufacture is ideally
suited to small colour runs and batch sizes It offers
better optical properties and craze resistance than
extruded sheet and hence is often the choice for applications
requiring critical visual performance.
Extruded Acrylic Sheet (Perspex
XT)
Perspex
extruded acrylic sheet has a lower molecular weight
making it easy to vacuum form and the extrusion process
gives excellent thickness tolerance and is economical
for long production runs. The standard grade of extruded
acrylic sheet is ideal for general glazing applications.
Due to the automated production process, the extruded
product range is more limited.
Perspex
Glass look
Developed to meet the demands of the modern designer

for today's product display, signage and fascia applications.

benefits with half the weight, less breakage problems
and can be machined, fabricated and shaped more easily
without compromising on versatility or flexibility.
Perspex
Fluorescent
Perspex Fluorescent has been developed to give all the
benefits you would expect from Perspex, excellent quality,
performance and design capabilities - plus an intense
and vibrant "live-edge" effect. Available
in a range of colours that will inject life and give
a new expression to the contemporary sign, display and
point of sale market

Perspex
Vario
Perspex Vario has a striking fluorescent edge which
produces eye catching results. The variations of light
and shade are almost endless and the surface colour
changes as the angle of vision shifts. The contrast
provided by the edge effect gives an even greater depth
to the material, depending on the size and thickness
of the sheet used. Designed for use in interior design
applications.
Perspex IM 50/60
With
great improvements in impact strength and more suitability
for thermoforming than standard grades - Perspex IM
50 and IM 60 give very high impact resistance compared
to standard extruded sheet whilst retaining excellent
edge clarity, good abrasion resistance and high rigidity.
Perspex Silk
More
and more corporate image programmers are looking at using
low gloss finishes in their programmes. Perspex Silk
can be supplied in almost any colour and provides and
anti reflective finish with a subtle sheen which is
aesthetically pleasing and easy to clean and maintain.
Perspex Silk can be provided in cast or extruded sheet
and is suitable for use in a multitude or applications
such as picture framing, face and reverse decorated
signs, advertising displays, poster box covers and many
more.

sided anti-reflective material designed to give the
appearance of sand blasted glass and deliver numerous
practical and economic advantages including being half
the weight of glass with none of the breakage problems.

is easy to fabricate and the texture is retained even
after heating and forming and it does not show greasy
finger marks. It has been created to meet any number
of design opportunities for a wide range of POP, shop-fitting,
in-store promotion and display applications and is ideal
for free standing double-sided display units, space
dividers, shelving and brand promotions.

exhibits to the best possible advantage whilst protecting
priceless exhibits and art treasures is a challenge.

whilst maintaining the outstanding clarity of Perspex
sheet. Perspex is exceptionally clear, virtually free
from distortion and has a light transmission factor
of 92%. Combined with the solid protection offered against
theft, vandalism and accidental damage it is the ideal
choice for use in museums and art galleries.
